Mobilelink LLC in EastRidge, TN is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales, service and store operations at the assigned location. You will drive customer experience, coach a team, manage inventory, and execute company programs to maximize growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30 minutes radius
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and deliver strong results.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and how to maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Support on the sales floor for coaching and development of staff.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond to communications promptly and complete required training on time.
• Protect company assets at all times.
