Cricket Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Homestead, PA to lead sales, service, and customer experience while guiding a team to achieve performance goals. You will oversee store operations, inventory, and staff training to maximize profitability and ensure flawless customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and store operations.
• Train staff on products, promotions, and compensation plans.
• Collaborate with district leadership for product launches and events.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to policies, reports, and loss prevention procedures.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to promote Cricket Wireless.
