Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC seeks a capable Retail Store Manager to drive sales, service, and operations at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while managing inventory, promotions, and store standards.

You will recruit and onboard sales associates, train on products and compensation plans, and partner with district leadership to launch new initiatives. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop successful store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achievement of targets.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; ensure a clean, inviting store environment.
• Train staff on products, promotions, and company programs; cooperate with HR and LP as needed.
• Support district leadership and participate in outside sales events when required.
