Cricket Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Springfield, IL to lead daily sales, service and operations at the location. You will drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience while managing inventory and store standards.

This full-time role offers a base salary with commission ($40,000–$70,000/year), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding national team.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years retail sales management.
• Experience in recruiting and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills and performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Explain compensation plans and maximize sales through staff training.
• Collaborate with District Manager to launch new products or processes.
• Train staff on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Participate on the sales floor to coach and develop personnel.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and reporting.
• Respond promptly to communications.
• Ensure timely completion of required training.
• Protect company assets.
