Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Homestead, PA to oversee sales, service, and operations at the assigned location. You will lead a team, drive in-store performance, ensure customer excellence, and manage inventory and processes.

The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to educate staff on the compensation plan and maximize sales. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within Cricket Wireless programs.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Fully understand and assist in educating personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager and other appropriate parties to successfully launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure that employees are properly trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Respond in a timely manner to all communications.
• Ensure timely completion of required training within the store.
• Always ensure the protection of assets.
