O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, store appearance, and day-to-day operations. The role includes leading the team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, and stepping in during absent Store Manager periods.

The position emphasizes staff coaching, scheduling, training, and participation in hiring decisions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Languages: Spanish is highly desired.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and training team members.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, scheduling and interviewing to select qualified team members.
• Ensure calls and phone etiquette align with policy; process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Maintain store appearance, hygiene, security, and daily opening/closing procedures.
