O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Sweet Home, Oregon to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes supervising customer interactions, managing store processes, and handling merchandise operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. Additional desired qualifications include automotive systems knowledge and fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.
