Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required or in progress.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Answer phones according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns/exchanges, issue refunds with correct payment methods, and stage returns.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules; clock in/out per policy; manage opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
