O'Reilly Auto Parts in Scottsville, KY seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and daily operations.

You will lead team members, assist with shift management in managers' absence, and ensure processes for returns, invoicing, and daily opening/closing procedures are followed. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired to serve diverse customers.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure phone coverage and proper processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Process special orders and outside purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Handle returns/exchanges, refunds, and inventory workflows per policy.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced and security procedures are followed during opening/closing duties.
