Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support management in sales, customer service, and store operations. In this role, you will lead the store team in delivering exceptional service, ensure efficient processing of inventory and customer transactions, and perform management duties in their absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and ensure policies are followed.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
• Manage inventory processes including returns and exchanges.
