Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift-management duties when managers are unavailable, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service, handle phone inquiries, process in-store and online orders, manage returns, and help maintain merchandising, safety, and store standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee phone and in-store service per policy.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers and DC add orders as needed.
• Assist with shift management in the absence of managers.
• Ensure merchandising, safety, and store standards are maintained.
