O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Colorado to support the Store Manager and conduct shift leadership across sales, service, and operations. This role emphasizes customer engagement and efficient store processes.

The position requires strong communication, potential RSS certification, and readiness to lead as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the team offers a comprehensive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and oversee program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently via electronic ledger.
• Process returns/exchanges politely; issue refunds with correct methods.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money and deposits; manage bank deposits; secure facility and vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
