Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members to deliver exceptional service to retail and professional customers, supervise service levels, and ensure timely processing of orders, transfers, and shipments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RSS Certification required or pursued.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly desirable.
• Retail sales experience preferred in auto parts industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing duties and cash handling per policy.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
