O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead the team to provide excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise service programs, handle in-store and online orders, returns, invoicing, and daily opening/closing duties, with shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Strong communication skills
• Required: Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Desired: Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• Desired: ASE Certification
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds using correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; manage money/deposits and bank deposits as needed; secure building and arming/disarming alarms.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.
