O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisory staff and encourages bilingual candidates.

Essentials include leading the team in customer service, handling store processes such as returns, invoicing, and transfers, and ensuring compliance with schedules and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Handle telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage outside purchases and returns per procedure; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; coordinate merchandising tasks.
• Communicate Zipline messages and ensure tasks are completed by team.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to posted work schedule; manage opening/closing duties and security steps.
• All other duties as assigned.
