Socket.dev in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver complete, high quality sales that beat company benchmarks on key metrics.

You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks, act as a role model for peers, and support new hires. The role requires in-person work, adherence to policies, and timely completion of store checklists.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in United States without restrictions.
• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management benchmarks.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
