Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive monthly sales quotas and surpass benchmarks by promoting handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories in person. You will follow management guidance and act as a role model for new hires, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

The position requires at least 18 years old, 4 days/30 hours per week, ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation to locations and training sessions. Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Spanish preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Follow management guidance and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Support new hires and peers as a role model.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures.
