Socket.dev is seeking a Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our Kilgore, TX team. You will excel at meeting monthly quotas, drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and serve as a role model for new hires.

The role requires delivering high-quality, benchmark-beating sales, following company guidance, and maintaining stellar accuracy in paperwork and policies across the retail floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Practice behaviors to maximize sales metrics as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model for new hires and peers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
