Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for an in-person store role in the United States. You will exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue from handsets, rate plans and accessories, following company guidance and manager benchmarks.

You will model best practices, train new hires, and ensure compliance with policies, cash handling, and inventory controls. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Adhere to company policies and paperwork procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training.
