The Western Union Company seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate in Los Angeles, CA, bilingual English/Spanish. This Front Line Associate will provide guest services, process money transfers, and support marketing efforts while weekend hours are required.

This role is 100% in person at 7225 S Figueroa St., Los Angeles. Work hours are weekend and some weekdays; hourly pay is $19.00. Benefits include health, life and 401K plans, tuition assistance, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and a positive customer experience.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols and store policies.
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage company funds with daily reconciliation.
• Implement security measures to safeguard funds.
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for accuracy.
• Provide updates to customers on order status.
• Conduct outside marketing and community outreach to grow business.
