Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Experience operating computers and conducting financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver information to customers about financial services to increase Prospera Sales.
• Promote financial services to every customer visit.
• Operate a computer and process financial transactions accurately.
• Handle cash from financial transactions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory under custody.
• Keep supervisor informed of events needing intervention.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.
• Maintain a positive working environment.
