Responsibilities include handling cash, balancing the register, assisting with inquiries, and staying up to date on products and policies. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, especially face-to-face.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in basic MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Cash handling and balancing a register is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process products and services.
• Verify or enter customer information in systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and locate Ria locations.
• Balance cash and prepare deposits.
• Prepare daily transaction records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
