Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Bilingual Store Operations Associate to provide frontline support at a self-storage property. You will welcome customers, explain options, and process rentals, payments, and renewals using our system.

• Explain storage options and provide accurate unit availability, pricing, and details.
• Complete rentals, payments, and renewals using the property management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility.
• Perform light maintenance, unit checks, and related operational tasks.
• Support sales goals through upselling of boxes, locks, and protection plans.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to deliver excellent customer service.
