Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations and drive a high-performing retail team in the Los Angeles area. You will coach Sales Representatives, manage customer flow, and promote excellent service while upholding company standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and full-time availability with a flexible schedule. Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Flexible schedule for full-time roles.
• Reliable transportation.
• No prior experience strictly required, but welcome.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Provide guidance on sales and customer service strategies.
• Support store maintenance and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines.
• Help team members use store systems, tools, and communications effectively.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs.
• Assist in controlling store expenses and managing discounts.
• Uphold United Wireless policies and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving store sales, operational and customer satisfaction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
