My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to coach and develop a sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales targets. You will supervise daily operations, hire and train staff, and build customer loyalty through ethical, customer-centric practices.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours. Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, and benefits accompany a path for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US (Required).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, security and merchandising per policy.
• Achieve location goals by coaching team members toward KPIs.
• Represent the brand in community events with AT&T Signature team.
