Responsibilities

• Provide needs-based assessments to identify financial solutions while growing loyalty.
• Advise customers on banking channels and tailor solutions (everyday banking, lending, home financing, investments).
• Promote digital/self-serve options to simplify banking for clients.
• Assist customers with transactions and respond to inquiries to support operations.
• Build relationships by contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, and expanding community presence.
• Adhere to risk, compliance, and lending policies and protect customer data.
