Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels while recommending tailored solutions.
• Offers clients advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Engages customers to grow BMO's business by generating appointments and building relationships within the community.
• Adheres to risk and regulatory requirements and provides credit recommendations in line with policies.
