• Spanish-speaking preferred; 2–3 years experience and related education desirable
• Experience in financial services is an asset

• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and prospects to assess needs and identify opportunities.
• Advise on everyday banking, lending, home financing and small business solutions.
• Guide customers to digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
