Blue and Blue Roofing Inc in the Seattle area seeks a seasoned bilingual Production Manager to lead day-to-day roofing projects and operations. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the primary contact for homeowners throughout active projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in roofing.
• 4+ years of experience in management.
• Experience in a small business or hands-on environment.
• MUST BE BINARY (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage residential/commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate crews and schedule work to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and job specs before start.
• Conduct pre-job and post-job homeowner meetings.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on sites.
• Handle change orders and site issues while maintaining timelines.
• Track costs, hours, and material usage; report updates.
