Job summary

SouthernCarlson is seeking a Bilingual Residential Field Sales Representative in Omaha, NE. You will build and manage a sales pipeline, develop new business through cold calling and networking, and manage customer accounts while coordinating deliveries.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a mechanical aptitude. We offer base salary plus uncapped commission, a family-like team culture, and opportunities for growth with a nationwide contractor’s supplier.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
• Mechanical inclination and knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies.
• Established network in the industry or ability to build one.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
• Manage customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries.
• Present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed.
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
• Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships.
