Job summary

You should have 3-5 years of PM experience in construction, knowledge of residential construction, expediting, inspections, logistics, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Residential Construction
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee project execution from start to finish
• Expediting and working effectively with vendors to manage project timelines
• Experience in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating resources and scheduling
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with design-build processes and construction regulations
• Bachelor's degree or similar in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven project management experience in construction or related industries
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
