Job summary

CHARLESGATE Property Management is seeking a smart, organized Resident Services Manager (Income Specialization) to lead resident experience across our multifamily portfolio. This role is the main contact for residents and coordinates with onsite teams to ensure responsive service, clear communication, and reliable lease administration.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable traveling between properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily property management or tenant-facing roles.
• Experience with Appfolio and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own results for all resident outcomes across the portfolio.
• Serve as central triage point for resident-related communications.
• Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and services teams to optimize portfolio performance.
• Support renewal notices, move-ins, and compliance across properties.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in PM systems.
