MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Service Delivery Manager to lead daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. You will oversee field operations, manage contractors, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the main client contact for service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in service operations, strong leadership, and English/Spanish fluency, plus proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations within a high-volume environment.
• Proven leadership directing independent contractors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Customer-focused with excellence in client service.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with clarity.
• Experience with vendor management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across communities.
• Source, dispatch and manage qualified independent contractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards.
• Manage schedules using the work order system and communicate status.
• Build client relationships and address escalations promptly.
• Ensure contractor close-out and timely client billing.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing and IT to meet goals.
