HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who is passionate, organized and compassionate toward residents. You will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet residents' psycho-social needs, including resident assessment, records maintenance and linking residents to supportive services to help them live independently in the community.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in senior care.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
• Social Services certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history and health.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to foster a supportive environment.
