HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents, including assessments and linkage to supportive services to help residents live independently in the community.

You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with bilingual English/Mandarin skills valued. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a compassionate senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history and health.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents
