The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, with preferred social services certification. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in case management, 2+ years in social services (senior care preferred), and bilingual English/Mandarin skills.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred
