Job summary

ProScore Technologies, LLC is seeking a bilingual construction professional to guide adult learners through NCCER Core Curriculum and CCL Levels 1 and 2. Instruction is fully remote, primarily via asynchronous content with scheduled live sessions.

NCCER instructor certification is welcome but not required; training can be provided. The ideal candidate has substantial field experience and communicates fluently in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with ability to explain concepts clearly in both languages.
• At least four years of hands-on construction experience at journey-worker level.
• Experience delivering online or asynchronous instruction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NCCER Core Curriculum and Construction Craft Laborer Levels 1 and 2 online courses and live sessions.
• Explain concepts in English and Spanish without altering assessment content.
• Assist with recordings of instructor-led content and use approved materials.
• Provide OSHA basics when qualified; otherwise focus on curriculum standards.
• Support learner progress using LMS data and provide coaching responses.
