Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably insurance.
• Active Life Accident & Health license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service.
• Follow up with warm leads and provide email/chat support.
• Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading and mailing.
• Maintain and update client records in agency systems.
• Contribute to process improvements in client service delivery.
• Undertake other assigned projects to support the team.
