Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support client file maintenance and day-to-day servicing. You will collaborate with Account Managers, meet with clients and carriers, and prepare reports and proposals using company templates.

The role emphasizes wellness program coordination, marketing material development, and adoption of innovative technology. The position requires a Life, Health and Accident License within 90 days and a high school diploma, with 3+ years

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Customer Service
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; may be required depending on location
• Life, Health and Accident license from state of domicile required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support and coordinate with Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables
• Serve as secondary contact and internal back up for Account Manager
• Meet with clients and insurance company representatives as requested by Sales and Account Management teams
• Create client monthly, quarterly and annual reports using Relation templates and software
• Assist with development of wellness programs and coordination of health fair vendor participation
• Prepare and assemble proposals and marketing materials including employee benefits guides and enrollment communications
