Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to attend 100% classroom training program.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and meet performance goals.
• Comfort resolving basic technical issues and using computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Forward inquiries for priority resolution as directed.
• Document each encounter/resolution in the tracking system.
• Retain information and provide accurate responses.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while addressing customer requests.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure.
• Work independently and adhere to scheduled hours with minimal supervision.
• Multitask across several computer applications while talking to customers.
