Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the Oklahoma SoonerCare program. The role allows onsite or remote work from home and includes paid training to ensure knowledge and professionalism.

You will handle inquiries via telephone, IVR, and web portals, provide program information, and meet QA and performance metrics while working in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must meet location requirements within 40 miles of Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, IVR, and web chat per policies and privacy rules.
• Provide accurate program information to consumers, enrollees, health plans, and providers.
• Document interactions and transactions in applicable systems with accuracy.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and perform data entry.
• Facilitate fulfillment of materials via mail, email, or electronic delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Provide translation/interpretation services for non-English speakers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, attend trainings and meetings.
