Job summary

Maximus is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Oklahoma to support the Oklahoma SoonerCare program. The role involves customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals, with paid training provided.

There are full-time positions with the option to work onsite or remotely from home, and eligibility requires residence within 40 miles of Oklahoma City. Compensation includes quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K with company match, PTO and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Reside in Oklahoma City area (within 40 miles).
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about Maximus programs and services.
• Document and track customer interactions in systems.
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Assist with translation or interpretation for non‑English customers as needed.
