Job summary

Veros Credit is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (60 Days) to service auto loan accounts at risk of default and document all collection activities using loan servicing software. In-office roles available in CA and TX, with remote options for AZ/NV.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. This role requires compliance with FDCPA and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience, preferably subprime.
• Reinstatements experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Professional demeanor; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers devise strategies to keep their vehicle while meeting obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Additional duties as assigned.
