Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, with 1+ year of collections experience in a call center environment. The role involves a 12-9 PM EST schedule, and a focus on compliant, professional debt recovery.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• 1+ year experience in collections in a call center environment.
• Experience with skip tracing and auto loan collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform delinquent collection calls, emails, or texts as assigned.
• Handle inbound collections inquiries from customers.
• Maintain clear, descriptive notes on accounts.
• Set up and process one-time and recurring payments.
• Prepare delinquent accounts for pre-repossession status.
• Perform skip trace tasks to locate customers.
• Communicate with clients promptly and professionally.
• Review accounts referred for repossession or legal actions.
• Assist teammates with difficult cases and recommend collection techniques.
• Enforce adherence to Collection Standards of Conduct.
