Job summary

Bank of America is hiring to engage clients in the lobby, educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources including mobile, online banking and ATMs. You will process cash transactions accurately and build strong relationships to meet financial goals.

The role requires explaining self-service options, identifying client needs, and connecting them to suitable solutions. Weekend/extended hours may be required, with in-office Denver responsibilities.
