Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a front-line Financial Center associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and accurately process cash transactions.

You will build relationships to understand financial needs, connect clients to solutions, and collaborate with specialists in small business, lending, and investments to grow the client experience. This role requires availability for weekends and extended hours at various centers.
