Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop trusted customer relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, guiding clients through deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, educate clients on products, and use digital tools to enhance service quality while collaborating with the branch team for optimal client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Promote and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies to meet customer needs.
