Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through consultative sales with new and existing customers.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints per policy.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with questions about digital services and banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and delivery options.
• Participate in branch promotions and adhere to bank policies.
