Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and refer qualified customers to specialized sales forces.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with centralized underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, acknowledging needs, and addressing concerns.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital banking options to meet customer needs.
• Support branch promotions and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
