Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with deposits and account servicing.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital services to better advise customers.
• Support branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Understand and comply with bank policies, procedures, and BSA/AML requirements.
